VineGen / DeltaScan not responding to the IR Remote control.
Answer
On VineGen / DeltaScan units, the remote control may become inoperable if no video input is fed into the unit when in Overlay or Mix mode.

Either restore a video input, or reset the unit by temporarily removing power to the unit. Also try replacing the batteries.
